About Dr. Jessica Olson

Dr. Jessica Olson is an experienced podiatrist and sports medicine specialist at Tower Wound Care, with locations in Los Angeles, Encino, Santa Monica, Culver City, Pasadena, and Lynwood, California.

Dr. Olson studied neuroscience at Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts. She completed her doctorate degree at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in New York City, where she was on the Dean’s List and served as class president. She then completed three years of residency training at Grant Medical Center, a Level 1 Trauma Center in Columbus, Ohio.

Dr. Olson has extensive training in all aspects of foot and ankle surgery including sports medicine, pediatric and adult forefoot and rearfoot reconstruction, trauma, joint arthroscopy, diabetic limb salvage, and complex wound care, Charcot reconstruction, and total ankle replacement. She regularly serves as a medical volunteer at various marathons and sporting events, including the New York City Marathon, the Boston Marathon, the Nationwide Children's Hospital Marathon, and Rancho Los Amigos Spinal Injury Games.

She is a current member of the Pi Delta National Podiatric Honors Society, the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA), and the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine. She has also been published in several foot and ankle research journals.

Dr. Olson is a former collegiate basketball player and looks forward to being an active member in the sports medicine, wound care, and podiatric communities. She enjoys spending time hiking, surfing, and exploring the outdoors with her family, friends, and golden retriever.
